The 20-minute Escape Flight gives you more time in the air to enjoy the mountain scenery and experience the sensation of riding thermal currents.
For an extended adventure, the 30-minute Prestige Flight offers a longer experience, including an introduction to the controls when conditions allow.

What Happens During Your Tandem Paragliding Flight?
Your adventure begins at the Saint-Hilaire-du-Touvet base, where you'll meet your pilot and get ready for your flight.
After putting on the equipment and receiving a safety briefing, you'll head to the take-off area. A few running steps allow the wing to lift you smoothly into the air. There's no need to jump off a cliff!
Once comfortably seated in your harness, relax and admire the views. Your experienced pilot takes care of the flying while you enjoy the spectacular Alpine surroundings.
All technical flying equipment is provided, and transport back to the base is arranged after landing.

Flights are available from April to October, weather permitting.
Some experiences are suitable for children from 6 years old, with specific weight and sometimes height restrictions depending on the package. Participants must be able to take a few brisk steps during take-off.

The meeting point is at the paragliding base in Saint-Hilaire-du-Touvet.
How long does a tandem paragliding flight last ?
⏱️ Several flight durations are available depending on your chosen package: approximately 10 minutes for the Discovery Flight, 20 minutes for the Escape Flight and 30 minutes for the Prestige Flight. The duo packages offer the same flight durations. Allow additional time for arrival, equipment preparation, the safety briefing, transfers and the return journey after landing.
What is the minimum age for tandem paragliding ?
👨👩👧 Some tandem paragliding experiences are available from the age of 6, including the Discovery and Escape Flights. The Prestige Flight is advertised for children aged 8 and over, with a minimum height of 1.45 metres. Weight limits also vary depending on the experience. Check the specific requirements of your chosen flight before booking.
Do I need to be fit to try tandem paragliding ?
🏃 You don't need to be particularly athletic to enjoy tandem paragliding. However, you must be able to take a few brisk steps or make a short run during take-off and follow your pilot's instructions when landing. Once airborne, you'll be comfortably seated in a harness while your instructor takes care of flying the paraglider.
Can I go paragliding if I'm afraid of heights ?
🌤️ Many people experience less of a fear-of-heights sensation while paragliding than when standing near a cliff edge or on a ladder, as the visual reference points are different. However, everyone responds differently. If you're nervous, speak to your pilot beforehand and consider choosing a shorter Discovery Flight.
