HYDROSPEED aCTIVITY IN gRENOBLE: Hydrospeed Grenoble is also called white water swimming, this sliding activity in the middle of nature will allow you to evolve individually, according to the current, to surf with the slightest waves and to face the big eddies.  EQUIPMENT : You will be equipped with: fins, a Grenoble Hydrospeed and an isothermal suit specific to the activity.  For our first Hydrospeed course in Grenoble, no previous experience is required, except the ability to swim.  Hydrospeed Grenoble promises you thrills in the heart of the famous Isère rapids.

You will be equiped with fins, one foam float (Hydrospeed) and an isothermal and special suit with reinforcements at elbows and knees. The whitewater swimming will permits you to progress individually, to surf on waves and to face swirls almost like an confirmed kayaker.
